Bowlera Food & Games Annual Bowling Championships
Held on 24th October 2026. We had 24 bowlers entering the tournament with ladies and men in two categories. Handicaps were from their lowest league handicap. Bowlera Food and Games kindly sponsored the torunament by way of not charging lineage. A generous gesture, thank you.
We bowled four games with the top three ladies and the top five men going into a step ladder final. The results are below for the qualifying and step ladder finals. The Ladies was won by Joan Dempsey, the men’s by Phil Taylor. Congratulations to both bowlers and the other finalists. In Joan winning her first tournament, it proves that handicapping works and that no matter what handicap you are, everyone has a chance to win.
